Anti Mixing System

One product One inspection

We ensure product quality from various aspects such as safe production and quality control, especially by introducing advanced fully automatic quality inspection machines to comprehensively monitor a series of product defects such as color difference, dirty spots, missing prints, drug supervision codes, QR codes, and implement one-product-one-inspection.

Quality Assurance Closed-loop

（1）Incoming Inspection ：All materials must pass IQC inspection before they can be stored, and unqualified materials must be prevented from entering at the source to ensure product quality.

（2）Process inspection ：Each process is equipped with professional IPQC to track the quality of each batch of products and strictly implement the first piece sampling system.

（3）Shipment inspection ：FQC inspects each batch of finished products strictly in accordance with GB/T2828 standards and customer standards to ensure the quality of each batch of products leaving the factory.
